The Dream Runner
Hi,
I started this weblog to document my running activities and achievements, and to share with those who are interested the progressive path of a new runner. I started running in June 2004, in a bid to lose weight. Since then I have lost 15kg and also kicked my smoking habit of 25 years in Nov 2004. To replace the cravings of a cig, I had to look for something more addictive and satisfying, and that is running. Also, running helps me maintain my optimal weight (You see, when one stops smoking, one tends to snack a lot).
So, Run For Life will be my endeavour.
